Experience in everything from out-door billboards to trading card sets. If you can print it, I can design it. Creating assets for a big store rebranding is a huge task, but the satisfaction of breathing new life into a old look is extremely satisfying to both myself and the client.

MST3K trading card concepts
RR Park Cards was looking to acquire the license for the cult television show Mystery Science Theater 2000 for production of an official trading card series. The owner asked me to develop mockups of the set for use in pitching the concept to the license holders. These MST3K cards were created using Photoshop, Illustrator and Cinema4D.
Chronicles of The Three Stooges Anaglyph trading cards
Grab your 3D glasses! Commissioned by RR Park Cards to make 20 anaglyph insert cards for their official Chronicles of The Three Stooges Series 3 trading card set. I developed a unique technique to take high-resolution archive photos of the Stooges and give them 3D depth when viewed with red & blue glasses. Each card took over 5 hours of delicate work to achieve the depth and sculpt of the final cards. The insert set was so successful, I was commissioned again to make another 20 for Chronicles of The Three Stooges Series 4! Photoshop was used to create these unique collectibles.
The Larry Lisa
After the long process of making the anaglyph inserts for RR Park Cards’ Chronicles of The Three Stooges series 3 & 4, I wanted to thank the owner for the opportunity to work on his sets. So I made “The Larry Lisa”, a silly amalgam of the Mona Lisa and Larry Fine of the Three Stooges just for him. He was so enthralled with the final piece, he showed it to the grandchild of Larry (who works for C3 Entertainment - the owner of the Stooge license) and he loved it! A large-size version of this “masterpiece” is hanging in his office.
Chronicles of The Three Stooges - "Messterpiece" insert cards
Richard, the owner of RR Park Cards was so smitten with the “The Larry Lisa” I made for him, he commissioned me to make a new insert set of cards for his Chronicles of The Three Stooges series 5. This 9-card insert set would all be pieces of classic art using faces of The Three Stooges. The backs of cards were a puzzle that would make the parody of the famous “Dutch Masters” painting that features every “Stooge” that ever was. All made using Photoshop.
The Thing Trading Cards for R.R. Park Cards
The owner of R.R. Park Cards was in negotiations with Universal Pictures and John Carpenter, the director of the film "The Thing" to produce an official trading card set in 2014. I was commissioned to create a mock-up of what the final set would look like. I created the border look showcasing the doomed encampment with an ice texture and some creepy red thing elements. The film stills were obtained from a high-resolution print of the film. Unfortunately, the deal was never finalized. Perhaps one day The Thing collectible card set will invade hobby shops nationwide.
Pet Shop Boys - 2009 Pandemonium Tour Poster
In 2009 I entered a contest to design a poster for the Pet Shop Boys2009 North American Pandemonium Tour supporting their album "Yes". After creating several possible candidates for entry (all looking very polished and clean), I decided to go in a completely opposite direction. I simply doodled caricatures of Neil and Chris on white paper and scanned them into the computer. Added color to the check-mark, then hand-wrote and scanned in the title. The band chose my work because it was different than all the other entries. Not only was my work used as the official tour poster, I received $300 and a copy of the new CD. Winning this contest was a milestone in my career, as I was a big fan of the longtime designer for the Pet Shop Boys: FARROW. Now, I am part of their legacy (or maybe, they part of my legacy).
Nothing beats a great logo. I enjoy the challenge of designing a logo that meets and exceeds client expectations. Size matters not. From branding a home business to the corporate identity of a television station, every logo is important.
Working at different television station across the US, I've made an impact in the world of broadcast design: from nightly news graphics to fully conceptualized PSAs and spots for national clients. I've spent equal time in both news and creative-services departments helping with daily news and sweeps packages and bringing my creative flair to commercials and news promos. Vehicle wraps, set design, event & outdoor signage... my station experience is vast.

A great product deserves great packaging! Here are some examples of package designs that I've created.
Diamond Collection E-Liquid line
I developed this e-liquid packaging line because many clients felt that the current look of most e-liquid brands were "male-centric". I wanted this look to be more upscale and geared toward the female clientele. Turned out that just as many men as women fell in love with the final design! Created using Photoshop and Illustrator. Ad image shown rendered in Cinema4D.
Vape E-Liquids labels

Breakfast Blend e-liquid label
Created for a new line of e-liquids, the Breakfast Blend design came about to brand flavors with a “breakfast cereal” flavor profile. The labels were made to fit 15mg & 30mg bottles. Each flavor needed to have a similar cereal theme, but an original flavor logo loosely based on an existing design. Five flavors were created. Label created using Photoshop, Illustrator and Cinema4D. Final bottle shown here rendered in Cinema4D.
Breakfast Blend box - version 1

KISS E-Liquid pitch
Working with Vape E-Liquids, I developed a concept for a KISS branded line of e-liquids. I worked together with KISS management at Epic Rights, as they were looking to brand KISS in the vape market. After months of negotiations, KISS ultimately decided they weren't ready to conquer the e-liquid market at that time. They did however, love the bottle & packaging mock-ups, as well as my pitch. Created using Photoshop, Illustrator, Cinema4D, After Effects and Keynote.
Trailer Park Boys e-liquid pitch
I thought that The Trailer Park Boys would be perfect marketing for a branded line of e-liquids. Vape E-Liquids and I contacted their management, and they were interested in the idea. I mocked up bottles with custom labels and custom packaging, and put together this animated pitch. They loved the concept and were ready to go forward, but due to Canadian laws (they are based up North), distribution would have been impossible, and the deal was called off. All assets created using Photoshop, Illustrator, Cinema4D, After Effects and Keynote.
Vintage Jack in the Box menu
For those of you that don't know, this is what the Jack in the Box fast food menu used to look like back in 70's. When I was a kid, my parents would stop there on the way to my grandparents house. I have fond memories of that unique menu. So, I did some research and modeled it! Created using Photoshop, Illustrator and Cinema4D.

Spruced up my original Omnimover model (transport system for various Disneyland attractions, including The Haunted Mansion). Created a track, added some extra riders and scenery for a fun test ride. (Watch out for ghosts!) Omnimover modeled in Cinema4D. Additional assets created in Photoshop. Compiled in After Effects.
Render tests to replicate the infamous Haunted Mansion stretching room. I thought it would be fun to substitue the original paintings with parody artwork created by some popular illustrators. Materials created in Photoshop, animated and rendered in Cinema4D.
Various Disney-related animation projects. All rendered in Cinema4D.
Carbon Freezing Chamber
3D model of the Carbon Freezing Chamber from The Empire Strikes Back. (Complete with Han in carbonite!) Modeled using the original set blueprints. Textures created in Photoshop and rendered in Cinema4D.
Subsurface Dragons - material test
A Cinema4D material test, these Subsurface Dragons were made to measure the properties of a jade material I was working on. Jade is a tricky property to work with, as the diffusion of light needs to be properly transmitted through the material correctly. This is the final result using Global Illumination.
Just some colorful twisted rings made in Cinema4D.
Kit Kat Clocks
Modeled after the 1970 Kit-Clock design. I fondly remember seeing this clock at the house of a friend when I was a kid, so I figured I would model one. Fully recreated in Illustrator and Cinema4D using reference photos. I'm not sure if they ever came in purple, so I figured, "Why not?".
Projects, collaborations and concepts only made for my own enjoyment.
Just a friendly squid. Not for eating.
Created using Illustrator and Cinema4D.

Drive BluRay Limited Edition Box Set
Drive, a 2011 film by Nicolas Winding Refn is one of my favorite films. When the BluRay release finally came out, I was extremely disappointed with the box art and lack of a limited edition set. I knew I could design something worthy of such a great film, and I did. Rendered in Cinema4D.
MST3K rendered robots
Missing one of my favorite shows, I decided to bring the MST3K robots to life via modern technology. (There is no sound, so feel free to make up your own zany dialogue.) Using Cinema4D, I created & animated the scene. It took over 12 hours to render this quick animation.
